Warm up with jogging, tumbling, dynamic stretching, etc...
-Get to "Wrestler's Position"/"Base Position"
-Better to get a sure 1 point escape rather than a "maybe grind it out" reversal. Unless you end up in such a dominant position that its pretty much a done deal.
Counter offense from feet...
-Partner has your leg up with a high finish on a single leg. Partner moves you around in every direction while you maintain balance. Work both sides and then switch places.
-To counter the high single: 1. get your chest heavy on partners back . 2. Squat. 3. Curl you your heel to your butt.
Then stuff his head under your chest and finish the counter to score.
