Wow! This has been one incredible season. Uncertainty over COVID-19 has marked the year, but like true WARRIORS we have overcome. With an undefeated regional championship under our belts and with 12 young men qualifiers and one young woman headed to STATE at the Sevier Valley Center in Richfield, we're ready to end it full throttle.

Faith Quinlan - First female wrestler in Snow Canyon history to qualify for STATE!

Unfortunately, other than our team manager Tegun Whitehead, we will NOT be bringing any extra wrestlers along for the experience.  We have been given the following direction from the UHSAA: Only wrestlers who have qualified for the state tournament, or an alternate will be permitted into the tournament. PLEASE DON'T BRING EXTRA TEAM MEMBERS who are not participating in the tournament. They will allow us to bring our team manager Tegun Whitehead, but everyone else will stay behind and is invited and encouraged to follow the action through the streaming shown at the bottom of this message.

Friday, February 19

2:30 PM - Health/Temp checks in the wrestling room 
3:00 PM - Bus leaves for Sevier Valley Center in Richfield

Saturday, February 20

8:00 AM - Skin checks and weigh-ins (Growth Allowance - 108, 115, etc.)
8:30 AM - Coach's Meeting
10:00 AM - Boys Championships (Mats 1 - 4) / Girls Championships (Mats 5 - 7)
11:45 AM - Boy's Quarters and Consolations (Mats 1 - 4) / Girls Championship Quarters and Consolations (Mats 5 - 7)
1:30 PM - Boys Consolation (Mats 1 - 4) / Girls Consolation (Mats 5 - 7)
2:30 PM - Break
3:00 PM - Boys Semi-Finals and Consolation (Mats 1 - 4) Girls Semi-Finals and Consolation (Mats 5 - 7)
4:30 PM - Boys Medal Matches / Girls Medal Matches
5:30 PM  - Set up for finals
6:00 PM - Parade of Champions
6:15 PM - Boys Final / Girls Final
8:00 PM - Individual and team awards - Immediately following finals matches. Six individual places will be scored and six medals awarded.

MASKS
Masks are required at all times in the venue. All parents, officials, coaches, and wrestlers must wear a mask. Wrestlers may remove their mask in the coach’s corner before wrestling. Once the match is completed, wrestlers need to put the mask back on.

TICKETING
After the Divisional Tournaments are completed, the UHSAA will go through each weight class, and will send each school, vouchers for the parents. The Sevier Valley Center has said that   give 2 vouchers per participant will be issued.  VOUCHERS, must be presented to the ticket office, where you will pay $10.00 per voucher. The ticket office will then give the parents a UHSAA wristband for entry into the tournament. 
 
UHSAA PASSES
All UHSAA Passes will be honored.

STREAMING
The tournament will be run using Trackwrestling software.  Brackets will be updated and available from a link on the Wrestling page of the UHSAA website www.uhsaa.org and on the www.trackwrestling.com web-site throughout the tournament. TRACKCAST subscription will be available for patrons to watch the matches from home for $10.00.
