This final video below shows a FULL TECHNIQUE DRILL ROUTINE. Even though our technique video series has 108 videos, in an actual drill session, we will narrow down our focus and emphasize positions, attacks, and counters that are most common in high school and collegiate wrestling (Folkstyle).
A Freestyle or Greco drill session would look very different.
A brand new or inexperienced wrestler's drill session would look very different.
Depending on the individual wrestler, or group of wrestlers, a practice session might be designed in a unique way to fit their needs.
Maybe the entire drill session emphasizes wrestling from one position (e.g. neutral, top, bottom).
Maybe the emphasis is on each wrestler hitting their #1 best move 100 times in a row (or more).
Maybe the emphasis is on countering a move that is giving you problems.
An emphasis could be placed on breaking a bad habit.
An emphasis might be placed on chain wrestling to and through your best move from top, bottom, and neutral.
But for demonstration purposes, here is our FULL TECHNIQUE DRILL ROUTINE for our wrestlers that have learned and mastered the SC Warrior Wrestling System. It includes...
