REGION IX DUAL at Cedar High

Our final Region Dual of the season takes place this Thursday January 22, 2026 at Cedar High. The Reds are always strong, well coached, and ready to battle. 

​We invite all of the Warrior Nation to make the trip to Cedar with us. 

Thursday, January 22, 2026

2:00 PM - All Middle and High school wrestlers excused from school at 2 PM (2PM is during 4th period; so you will only miss some your 4th period class.). 
2:15 PM - Warrior Wrestlers meet in the wrestling room for check-in (DO NOT BE LATE - Wrestling shoes? Headgear? Singlet? Other equipment like mouth guards, knee braces/pads, etc.?)
2:30 PM - Bus leave for Cedar High
4:00 PM - Weigh-ins (growth allowance scratch 108, 115, etc.)
5:30 PM - JV & Extras
7:00 PM - Varsity
