This weekend will bring LOTS of wrestling for both the Boys Varsity and JV at the perennial favorite Iron Town Duals. In the past it has been a badge of honor to earn an "Undefeated" t-shirt from two days of solid wrestling. T-shirt or otherwise, getting out of this tournament unscathed is truly an accomplishment.

Here are all the details for the Warrior Nation who want to make the short jaunt to Cedar City to support.

Varsity – Dual Team format 8-10 matches per wrestler

JV - Round Robin 5-6 matches per wrestler


Friday, January 10, 2025

11:10 AM - All wrestlers excused from school (For 10th-12th graders, 11:10AM is when 3rd period ends; so you will only miss 4th period class. For 9th graders, 11:10AM is during 3rd period; so you will miss 20 minutes of 3rd and all of 4th).
11:15 AM - Wrestlers meet in hallway outside wrestling room to check-in (DO NOT BE LATE)
11:30 AM - Bus leaves for Cedar High (DO NOT BE LATE)
1:00 PM - Weigh-ins (Growth Allowance plus 2 pounds - 110, 117, etc.)
2:00 PM - Coaches meeting
3:00 PM - Wrestling begins for Varsity. JV will begin after first round of Varsity.

*Estimated return time to Snow Canyon High School is 10PM.

Saturday, January 11, 2025

6:15 AM - Meet in wrestling room for check-in (DO NOT BE LATE)
6:30 AM - Bus leaves for Cedar High (DO NOT BE LATE)
8:00 AM - Weigh-ins (Growth Allowance plus 2 pounds - 110, 117, etc.)
9:30 AM - Wrestling begins and will complete at 5:30 PM for JV and Varsity.

*Estimated return time to Snow Canyon High School is 6:45 PM.
